In the Saudi capital, Riyadh, on May 20, 2024, the National Housing Forum for Supply Chains was opened in the presence and patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, in the presence of a number of officials in the public and private sectors, and from local and international companies.
بالعاصمة السعودية الرياض وفي ٢٠مايو ٢٠٢٤ افتتح منتدي الوطنية للاسكان لسلاسل الامداد بحضور ورعاية معالي وزير الشؤون البلدية والقروية والإسكان بحضور عددًا من المسؤولين في القطاعين العام والخاص، ومن الشركات المحلية والدولية.
The forum comes within the framework of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s efforts to achieve the goals of the housing program, which is one of the axes of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 - through its interest in finding innovative solutions to secure supply chains by concluding partnerships with major leading international companies, attracting international investments in the real estate sector, and implementing integrated urban projects in accordance with The highest international standards, which enhances the Saudi national transformation in the building and construction sector
.يأتي الملتقى في اطار سعي المملكة العربية السعودية لتحقيق مستهدفات برنامج الإسكان الذى يعد احد محاور رؤية المملكة 2030- من خلال الاهتمام في إيجاد حلول مبتكرة لتأمين سلاسل الإمداد عبر عقد الشراكات مع كبرى الشركات العالمية الرائدة وجذب الاستثمارات الدولية في القطاع العقاري، وتنفيذ مشاريع عمرانية متكاملة وفق أعلى المعاييرالدولية ، والذي يعزز من التحول الوطني السعودي في قطاع البناء والتشييد.
Responsible sources also stated that 77 agreements had been signed, including 6 memorandums of understanding, 20 agreements for companies wishing to invest in industrial zones, 23 open purchase agreements with the National Housing Authority for developers and contractors, and 28 deals were concluded by developers and contractors via the Mawadat platform to purchase building materials from industrial zones.
The agreements included a number of Chinese and local factories to join the industrial city and logistics zones for building materials that it is implementing in the city of Riyadh based on the agreement with the Chinese CITC Group to secure supply chains.
كما صرحت مصادر مسؤله انه قد تم توقيع 77 اتفاقية من بينها 6 مذكرات تفاهم و 20 اتفاقية للشركات الراغبة في الأستثمار للمناطق الصناعية و23 اتفاقية للشراء المفتوح اتحاتها الوطنية للإسكان للمطورين والمقاولين وتمت 28 صفقة من المطورين والمقاولين عبر منصة مواد لشراء مواد البناء من المناطق الصناعية
شملت اتفاقيات عدد من المصانع الصينية والمحلية لتنضم للمدينة الصناعية والمناطق اللوجستية لمواد البناء التي تنفذها في مدينة الرياض بناء على الاتفاقية مع مجموعة سيتك الصينية لتأمين سلاسل الإمداد

.كما عقدت جلسات حوارية مثرية للنقاش وتبادل الأفكار حول أحدث التطورات في مجال التطوير العقاري، وتسليط الضوء على إسهامات المدن الصناعية في تعظيم الأثر الاقتصادي لسلاسل الإمداد، وما تقدمه من كفاءة عالية وقيمة مضافة للقطاع.
The forum included a number of dialogue sessions to shed light on the impact of supply chains in the real estate development system, in addition to the efficiency of industrial and logistical areas for projects, and to discuss innovation in real estate supply chain strategies, in addition to talking about the role of artificial intelligence in managing the joints of supply chains, with an elite group of experts. Participants and investors to exchange experiences between local and international companies and strengthen supply chain networks.
